We offer FREE Standard shipping to US and US territories for all orders over $25.

Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and Canada. We also offer international shipping.

Backorders
We try to minimize backorders as much as possible. If your item is backordered we'll notify you by email and ship it as soon as it's restocked. It is usually within 2 weeks.

Processing Times
Orders for in-stock merchandise ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders vary depending on product ordered. Delivery time is posted on product page. Monograms ship within 2 weeks, although typically within a week. Custom order 14K pieces can take up to 5 weeks.

Delivery Time
Our Free Shipping option is sent via U.S. Postal Service and takes approximately 5-7 days from ship date. We ship all packages from Miami, FL. East coast orders typically arrive within 3 business days from ship date.

We also offer upgraded shipping for 2-Day air for $5, which includes $50 insured value, and Next Day Air service for $12 and includes $100 insured value.

Tracking Orders
A tracking email is sent to all customers upon shipment with tracking information and link. You can track the status of your order by logging in to the account sign in if an account was created. Changes/Additions To Orders
If order has not been shipped we will gladly exchange or add items to order without incurring additional shipping fees or surcharges. Once order is shipped changes can not me made until product is received by customer.
